The ARES Amoeba 10" CQB M4 rifle makes for a perfect close-quarters platform. Built from durable, lightweight nylon fiber reinforced polymer, this rifle can take the punishment of hard game play and keep on shooting. The gearbox is the ARES version 2 gearbox, made from durable cast zinc alloy with a quick-change spring system for easy adjustment of FPS for wherever you play. It also utilized a micro-switch trigger for better trigger response giving the shooter a snappy trigger pull. The gearbox is also compatible with the aftermarket ARES fire control unit (not included) for programmable burst fire as well! The gearbox also features the gambit of industry standards such as metal gears and high strength polymer piston parts for maximum rate of fire. The textured grip houses a high-torque motor that pulls nearly any spring you may use with the quick-change system. A pre-installed 6.03mm tightbore barrel makes for increased accuracy at any distance. The Amoeba stock is an improved crane style stock with hinged buttplate. The stock can fit a variety of batteries from the classic 9.6v nunchuck style NiMH to certain configurations of LiPO batteries as well. The stock is 6-position adjustable making this CQB length rifle fit nearly any operator. The QD sling mount attachment point gives you options for using a sling with this rifle. The free-float rail system allows for the attachment of accessories such as lights, lasers, grips, optics, and more. The upper receiver comes with detachable rear sight and integrated, railed tip-up front sight. The lower receiver sports the engraved ARES Amoeba trademarks and emblem. The front of the magwell is also textured for shooters who hold the magazine and magwell when firing. The included Amoeba high-cap magazine is stippled and grooved for maximizing grip. It also has a viewing port reviewing faux-bullets for added realism. The bottom of the magazine has a flip up and fold-away pull ring that can be used for quick drawing the magazine from mag pouches. This magazine is a classic high-cap winding wheel magazine holding upwards of 300 BBs.
