Shipping Information:

 

Airsoft Station offers the following shipping services:

Service Definition
Standard (3-7 Business Days) This is the most economical shipping option.  Packages shipped this method should be delivered within 7 business days*.
This option is also free for retail orders containing a product total over $149.00. Free shipping is not offered for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any PO Boxes.
Expedited (2-3 Business Days) Packages shipped this method should be delivered within 2-3 business days*.
Express (1-2 Business Days) Packages shipped this method should be delivered within 1-2 business days*.
In-Store Pickup These orders will be processed and available for pickup in person at our Oakdale, MN retail location.
International Shipping Options Displayed options will vary by country depending on where the order is being shipped to. 

Note: All delivery windows are in business days and do not include weekends. *Order Processing Time is not included in this delivery window.

Example order: An order placed from after-hours on Friday through Sunday will be processed (see Order Processing) on Monday with the shipping transit times starting on Tuesday. An order placed after-hours on Friday through Sunday with Expedited Shipping should arrive between Wednesday-Thursday.

 

Order Processing:

Orders placed on through our website take approximately 1 business day to process. This includes time to ensure the payment has been processed, the order has been screened for approval, and the shipping address verified. Orders placed after 12:00pm CST on business days may not be processed until the next business day. Additional factors may delay processing time based on customer response time as outlined in the Order Approval section.

 

Order Approval:

Orders that require additional verification, anti-fraud verification, and/or address validation may delay the processing and/or shipping times depending on customer response time. Our customer service staff will contact you via email and/or phone within 1 business day for orders that require additional verification. Responses that are received after hours or on non-business days may delay shipments accordingly. 

Please note that if your billing and shipping addresses do not match we will likely attempt to contact you via email to confirm your order details. In some cases this will delay order processing by 1 business day or as long as it takes you to respond to our email inquiries. To avoid these potential delays we highly encourage shipping to your confirmed billing address and using payment methods such as Amazon Pay or Paypal. 


Item Availability:

Items that are marked as in stock are in stock and available for purchase. Some items are Special Order and may take additional time to ship. Special order items will have the estimated shipping time stated in the product description. In the rare case that an item sells out unexpectedly, a back order notification will be sent via email within 2 business days. Items that are subject to back order are not guaranteed to arrive within the selected shipping method time frame. You can choose to have these items cancelled and refunded by contacting us.

Shipping Companies:

All orders will ship via one of the following shipping companies: UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL. Please note that your tracking information will be sent directly from one of these companies to the email address you provided. You'll receive this tracking information separate from the order status update emails you receive from us.


Shipping Rates:

Our shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the items in your order. To calculate the exact shipping cost of your order simply add the items you're interested in to your shopping cart and update to the desired quantities. At the bottom of the shopping cart page there is a shipping calculator. Simply enter your State and Zip code and then click the apply button to see your shipping cost.

Shipping Times:

Shipping transit times will vary depending on the service you select. Packages that are shipped after 3:00pm CST on Fridays or on the weekend are not picked up by carriers until the following Monday. Orders placed on Holidays will typically ship the next business day.

Please note that orders with any UPS service, including UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3-Day Select, and UPS Ground do not deliver on weekends as part of the carrier's (i.e. UPS) regular service. Note that even if UPS trucks are operating in your area during the weekend that they will not deliver regular parcels without an additional Saturday delivery surcharge fee paid. If you wish to have your packages delivered on the weekend an additional fee charged by UPS will be applied. At this time the only way to set up orders with weekend delivery through UPS are to order them through our customer service phone line.

Some packages shipped USPS may deliver on Saturdays. Always refer to your tracking information email for the delivery estimates and tracking updates.

Business Days definition: 

  • Business days are limited to Monday through Friday
  • Business days do not include US National Holidays, Government Holidays, and/or Holidays in which any one of our Shipping Companies (e.g. USPS, UPS, or Fedex) have limited or no pickup, delivery, and/or processing services.
  • Business days do not include service interruptions caused for any reason outside of our control such as national weather emergencies and/or "acts of God" (e.g. earthquakes, hurricanes, blizzards, etc.), etc.

Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available for street addresses within the USA.  Free shipping is not offered for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any PO Boxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned orders which received free shipping will receive a refund or store credit less the original shipping cost that was charged to us by the shipping company.

 

California Shipping Policy:

In addition to the orange tip law that applies to all airsoft guns sold within the US California has specific laws regarding the marking and coloring of airsoft guns.  We will include colored marking tape and instructions for complying with California law with all airsoft guns shipped to California.  It is the customer's responsibility to take the appropriate measures to comply with local and state laws.  For more information about laws regarding airsoft in California visit this link.

 

International Shipping Policy:

Important Information for International Customers: To avoid complications with delivery, please read our international shipping information before placing your order.


We do ship overseas but not to every country. To see a list of countries that we currently ship to, click on view cart and then select your location in the shipping calculator. Due to the additional paperwork required, orders that ship outside the U.S. can take up to 7 days to process. Shipping fees are non-refundable and there are absolutely no exceptions. If a shipment is not deliverable and returned to us, the return shipping fee charged to us by the shipping company will be deducted from the amount we are able to refund. It is the customer's responsibility to research any local restrictions concerning the products being purchased. We will provide proof of shipping in the form of a tracking number. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the shipment once it has left our warehouse. We will not be held responsible for shipments seized by any country's customs. Returned to Sender or Undeliverable Packages Policy

We may attempt to contact you if we believe your address is incomplete or invalid. However, orders that are refused or undeliverable as addressed will be charged shipping both ways as well as any additional fees charged by the delivery company without exception. These fees will be deducted from any refunds issues for the parcel(s).

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE, LOST PACKAGE, AND MISSING ITEMS POLICY:

Shipping Damage:
In the unfortunate case that an order should arrive with shipping damage we require that the damage be reported to us within 5 business days of delivery. We will gladly assist you by filing a claim with the shipping company for the damages caused. All original shipping and product packaging must be kept intact for the shipping company to complete the claims process. When contacting us we request that you send a detailed description on how you received the package along with as many detailed photographs as possible. This information helps us better represent the claim to the shipping company and will greatly reduce the time to process any refunds or replacements. We understand that these situations can be frustrating and apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused. We will do our best to make sure that your shipping claim is handled correctly and that a replacement be shipped out as soon as possible.

Lost Packages:
If you believe that your package has been lost by the shipping company please notify us immediately. If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered we must be notified within 5 business days so that we can notify the shipping company. We will send out a replacement if the shipping company is unable to locate the package and confirms that it has been lost. Packages that have been signed for can not be reported as lost as the signature obtained at the delivery address is proof of delivery. Lastly, while we understand that mail theft is an issue in some areas, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen if tracking information states the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Misdelivered Packages:

Packages that are shipped to a different or wrong address due to an incorrect address being provided by the customer at checkout are not eligible for a refund of any kind. We may attempt to contact you if we believe that the address you provided may be incomplete or invalid, however, it is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate address to avoid complications. If we are unable to contact you in a timely manner by phone or email we may ship your order to fulfill our shipping method deadlines. If you believe your package may be going to a different address than the one you provided us on your order you can attempt to contact the carrier and request that the package be rerouted to a local pickup location such as a post office or UPS/FedEx pickup location. Please note that these services are provided by the carrier and may incur additional fees. 

Stolen Packages:
If you believe that your package has been stolen please notify your local law enforcement immediately. We take lost or stolen packages very seriously any would like to assist you in opening an official investigation for missing mail. Furthermore, if you believe your package was stolen we are happy to assist you in filing any applicable U.S. Postal Inspection Service Mail Theft Complaints as tampering with mail is a federal offense. Please be advised as part of either process an official USPS Postal Investigator or UPS/Fedex Claims Agent may attempt to contact you, in person, via phone, or online to further investigate your claims. If you believe you were the victim of mail theft and have filed a police report please send us the Police Report Number so we can include it in the USPS theft investigation. Lastly, while we understand that mail theft is an issue in some areas, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen if tracking information states the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer. If you are concerned that your area may be unsafe to accept deliveries at we encourage you to have packages delivered to secure pickup locations such as a UPS or FedEx store. 

Missing Items:
If items are missing from your package this must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the package so that we can look into the issue. If you believe the missing items may be due to packaging damages in transit please following the steps listed in the "Shipping Damage" section.
