This SVD replica is constructed from a heavy duty metal receiver and full metal barrel assembly, giving a realistic weight and maximum durability. Real wood was used for the handguard and fixed stock, a real treat for airsoft enthusiasts looking for the most authentic SVD experience. The stamped steel top cover can house all standard AK/SVD style optic mounts and scopes to improve the overall accuracy when shooting long distances. A rubberized cheek pad on the fixed wood stock offers optimal comfort and support when taking aim down range. This unique sniper rifle is fitted with a custom full metal gearbox and can fire in semi-auto mode without having to cock the bolt back between each shot. CYMA outfitted this gearbox with a short type high torque motor and 7mm bushings to provide optimal reliability during rapid fire. Coming out of the box firing at a mean 450 FPS, you will have no problem reaching those long range targets. Players can use the adjustable front and rear sights to quickly and accurately zero in their targets in situations where using a scope may prove difficult. The full metal drop-free magazine holds 80 rounds, perfect for longer skirmishes. Utilize the adjustable hop-up to account for various BB weight and target range for the most accurate performance possible.
