Unlike the 16mm lens variant, this one has a 40mm beefy lens that increases the recording distance significantly. You can record from 30-70m without an issue with it.
As the camera doesn't have any internal storage, you'll need to rely on a microSD card. It's best to get something between 64GB and 128GB so that you can record more without running out of space. The battery might run out before you need to export the video files.
RunCam allows users to control the camera by connecting it to a Wi-Fi network and using its app. The app helps adjust ISO, shutter speeds, preview the settings, and more.
Unlike other RunCam camera variants, this one has an integrated mounting bracket for Picatinny rails.
