EMG/Kel-Tec Licensed RDB17 Airsoft Bullpup AEG Rifle, Black

One of the significant downsides of real bullpup rifles is their lackluster ejection system, which often left the user with brass down their shirt. However, Kel-Tec improved upon the base design by introducing downward ejection to allow for seamless ambidextrous operation. By partnering with ARES, EMG has brought this design to airsoft matches with the officially licensed RDB17 bullpup AEG replica.

The rifle contains the ARES proprietary gearbox configuration, compatible with other ARES products and fully programmable for additional customization and user-based modding. By using already successful designs, EMG has transferred over one of the most effective military rifles to airsoft, but that doesn’t mean it has sacrificed performance. The gun is a departure from traditional designs but behaves similarly to other AEG models. The gun replica retains the same ambidextrous design by fitting the firing mode selector on both sides. The magazine release system can also be operated by either hand, and you can even drop the mag while holding the trigger.

The mag compartments hold the hop-up adjustment pin, accessible via the included tool (located in the handle). The gun comes with two stock magazines, a 100-round ‘short’ magazine, and a default 130-round mag. If these are not up to your liking, you can replace them with any Tokyo Marui, G&P, Matrix, or other compatible M4 or M16 series AEG magazines.

The Picatinny rails running alongside the barrel top and bottom allow for plenty of customization options, giving you lots of choices for future planning.

Powered via the battery located in the front (accessed by pushing the pin in the front section out), this AEG reaches a consistent FPS and is most accurate for short-to-midrange combat.
