Our Minnesota and Illinois stores are still open and have staff ready to help you with any of your airsoft needs. Our retail stores will remain open as long as it is safe for our customers and staff to do so. What are we doing to keep our staff and customers safe?
Heightened cleaning and sanitation routines have been put in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and staff. Our locations follow state department of health and the CDC recommendations and guidelines for cleaning and social distancing. We appreciate your support in providing a safe and fun place to get your airsoft gear!
Will we do curbside pickup at our Retail Locations?
Yes! Airsoft Station offers curbside pickup. If you are interested in buying from an Airsoft Station retail location and having an associate bring it to your vehicle please call the respective location during business hours and an associate will assist you.
Pre-orders and Delayed Shipments
We are doing our best to get products into our customers hands as soon as possible. For the majority of orders there will be no delays and as quick as always. Our shipping department is doing their best to keep things rolling. In some cases where products are being shipped from warehouses in states that have operational restrictions there may be fulfillment delays ranging from 3-7 business days, although this is unlikely. We appreciate your patience and understanding while all of our team members and partners do their best to quickly and safely fulfill orders.
Furthermore many carriers (UPS, USPS, and Fedex) are all experiencing delays that Airsoft Station has no control over once we ship the items. We do our best to get your products to these carriers to get them headed to your home ASAP!
Shipping delays from our suppliers are very hard to estimate however and we will do what we can to keep you informed of any changes to your pre-orders. We hope you understand and appreciate your patience.
Please note that to offer the widest possible variety of products that we may ship your order in multiple packages for various warehouses in different states in the US. Each State has it's own COVID restrictions that may impact the fulfillment time accordingly. Each warehouse is operating as safely and quickly as they are legally allowed to. Returns & Warranties
Our customer service team is working diligently to provide quick and easy returns and warranty repairs. Due to staffing restrictions that limit the number of staff able to work on site the processing of returns may be impacted. Due to the unprecedented volume and strict restrictions in place for the number of employees who can be working in shared spaces we have had to increase our turn around times. Please allow 1-5 extra business days after the item has arrived for our staff to process returns, exchanges, and warranty evaluations. Additionally, in order to get your exchanges and repairs processed as quickly as possible we may assist you in processing manufacturer's warranties directly with the manufacturer/distributor.
