Warranty, Return, & Shipping Policies

Shipping Information:


Item availability: Items that are marked as in stock are in stock and available for purchase. Some items are Special Order and may take additional time to ship. Special order items will have the estimated shipping time stated in the product description. In the rare case that an item sells out unexpectedly, a back order notification will be sent via email within 2 business days.

Shipping Companies: All orders will ship via one of the following shipping companies: UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Although UPS rates are shown, we may choose to ship with a different carrier that will deliver within the same timeframe as the selected shipping method, or faster.

Shipping Rates:
Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the items in your order. To calculate the exact shipping cost of your order simply add the items you're interested in to your shopping cart and update to the desired quantities. At the bottom of the shopping cart page there is a shipping calculator. Simply enter your State and Zip code and then click the apply button to see your shipping cost.

Shipping Times:
Shipping times will vary depending on the service you select. Packages that are shipped on the weekend are not picked up by carriers until the following Monday. Please note that the day that the shipment is picked up does not count as a shipping day.

An order that is shipped on a Monday will be delivered:

    • Tuesday with overnight service.
    • Wednesday with 2nd Day Air.
    • Thursday with 3 Day Select.
    • In 3-6 Days with Ground Shipping (depends on your location).

Please note that orders with any UPS service, including UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3-Day Select do not deliver on weekends as part of the carrier's (i.e. UPS) regular service. If you wish to have your packages delivered on the weekend an additional fee charged by UPS will be applied. At this time the only way to set up orders with weekend delivery through UPS are to order them through our customer service phone line.

Some packages shipped USPS may deliver on Saturdays. Always refer to your tracking information email for the delivery estimates and tracking updates.

Return Policy:

All our products fall into one of five return categories, unless otherwise specified. The return policy is listed on the product page for each item.

An RMA # is required for all returns. To obtain an RMA # please log in to your account and submit a return request.  If you do not have an account with us, you can contact us through our contact page.

The return policy and warranty policy starts at the date of delivery for all return categories.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

All orders placed between November 22nd and December 24th will have their return and warranty policy extended to start on December 25th.

 

Return Category Description
30 Day Return

• Item may be returned in new, unopened condition for store credit or refund within 30 days.
• A minimum 15% restocking fee is applied to all items not returned in new condition with all original packaging and accessories.

30 Day Warranty

• Items found to be defective can be returned for repair within 30 days of delivery.
• If a repair is not possible a replacement will be sent.
• We will cover return shipping on items reported as defective within 15 days of delivery (contiguous 48 states only). After that, the buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

45 Day Warranty

• Items found to be defective can be returned for repair within 45 days of delivery.
• If a repair is not possible a replacement will be sent.
• We will cover return shipping on items reported as defective within 15 days of delivery (contiguous 48 states only). After that, the buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

60 Day Warranty

• Items found to be defective can be returned for repair within 60 days of delivery.
• If a repair is not possible a replacement will be sent.
• We will cover return shipping on items reported as defective within 15 days of delivery (contiguous 48 states only). After that, the buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Parts

• Within 30 days of delivery, internal and external parts can be returned for store credit or refund if returned in brand new condition only.
• Used parts cannot be returned for any reason.

14 Day Warranty / 14 Day Return

• Item may be returned in new, unopened condition for store credit or refund within 14 days of delivery. A minimum 15% restocking fee is applied to all items not returned in new condition with all original packaging and accessories.
• Opened items found to be defective can be returned for repair, replacement, refund, or store credit within 14 days of delivery. All original product packaging must be returned to receive a store credit or refund.
• We will cover return shipping on items reported as defective within 14 days of delivery (contiguous 48 states only).
• We cover the cost of shipping for the repaired or replaced item within the USA only.



The following will void your warranty and ability to return an item:

  • Attempting to disassemble, upgrade, repair, or alter the product in any way. This includes the removal of the federally mandated orange tip.
  • Use of low grade BBs. Do not use 0.12g BBs in any airsoft guns other than low end, entry level plastic guns. Using low grade BBs or BBs lighter than 0.20g BBs in any metal gearbox or competition level gun will cause damage to the gun and void all warranties and possibility of return.
  • Removal of SB199 Compliant Markings for any airsoft guns on all orders to and from the state of California.

 

Due to the nature of airsoft products, warranties cover internals only. External damage to airsoft guns is not covered.

Some AEGs come with a starter battery and charger. These are meant for testing purposes only and are not covered by the gun’s warranty. We recommend replacing these items with a high-grade battery and smart charger.

All sales are final on boneyard items. All boneyard items are assumed to be broken or defective in some way. Absolutely no warranty is offered on boneyard items.

Tactical Gear and Clothing can be returned for a refund or store credit as long as the items are returned in brand new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging. Soiled garments will not be accepted under any circumstance and can be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

Free shipping is available for street addresses within the USA.  Free shipping is not offered for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any PO Boxes.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned orders which received free shipping will receive a refund or store credit less the original shipping cost that was charged to us by the shipping company.

We cover return shipping on defective items only, according to the categories in the chart above. The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs in all other cases. All defective items are inspected by our technicians. If we covered shipping on an item found not to be defective the return shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.

All returns will be processed within 2 weeks from the moment we receive all the item(s) back.

Orders that are refused or undeliverable as addressed will be charged shipping both ways, as well as any additional fees charged by the delivery company. NO EXCEPTIONS.



Shipping Damage:
In the unfortunate case that an order should arrive with shipping damage we require that the damage be reported to us within 5 business days of delivery. We will gladly assist you by filing a claim with the shipping company for the damages caused. All original shipping and product packaging must be kept intact for the shipping company to complete the claims process. We understand that these situations can be frustrating and apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused. We will do our best to make sure that your shipping claim is handled correctly and that a replacement be shipped out as soon as possible.

Lost Packages:
If you believe that your package has been lost by the shipping company please notify us right away. If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, we must be notified within 5 business days so that we can notify the shipping company. We will send out a replacement if the shipping company is unable to locate the package and confirms that it has been lost. Packages that have been signed for can not be reported as lost, the signature obtained at the delivery address is proof of delivery.

Missing Items:
If items are missing from your package this must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the package so that we can look into the issue.

Order Cancellation Policy:


We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason we choose.

If you need to cancel your order we can do so if it has not already been shipped. In most cases, the order can be canceled before shipping. However, it is possible that the order is shipped before we get your message. In that case a return request must be submitted. Upon request we can try to have the delivery company re-route the package back to our warehouse, but this will incur additional fees.

All canceled orders will be immediately refunded once the cancellation has been confirmed.

All In-Store Pickup/Local Pickup orders that have been marked as Ready for Pickup and not picked up by the customer for 30 or more days will be cancelled and a restocking fee applied. Airsoft Station employees will attempt to contact the customer as a courtesy reminder using the customer's provided telephone number two weeks after the order has been prepared and the initial email notification has been sent. A final 1 month reminder will be performed via telephone and at that time if the customer does not make arrangements to pick up or have the order shipped to them the order will be cancelled and a restocking fee applied.

International Shipping Policy:


We do ship overseas, but not to every country. To see a list of countries that we currently ship to, click on view cart and then select your location in the shipping calculator. Due to the additional paperwork required, orders that ship outside the U.S. can take up to 7 days to process. Our shipping rates do not include VAT tax and other import fees that may be charged by the destination country's customs. We do not cover these fees and it is the customer's responsibility to pay them if they are required. Shipping fees are non-refundable, there are absolutely no exceptions. If a shipment is not deliverable and returned to us, the return shipping fee charged to us by the shipping company will be deducted from the amount we are able to refund. It is the customer's responsibility to research any local restrictions concerning the products being purchased. We will provide proof of shipping in the form of a tracking number. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the shipment once it has left our warehouse. We will not be held responsible for shipments seized by any country's customs. California Shipping Policy:

In addition to the orange tip law that applies to all airsoft guns sold within the US California has specific laws regarding the marking and coloring of airsoft guns.  We will include colored marking tape and instructions for complying with California law with all airsoft guns shipped to California.  It is the customer's responsibility to take the appropriate measures to comply with local and state laws.  For more information about laws regarding airsoft in California visit this link.


Item Availability:


In stock items will be marked as "IN STOCK" Items marked otherwise are not in stock or are special order items which take longer to ship out. Most of the time in-stock orders will ship out the next business day but it may take up to three business days before an in stock order ships out.  
Pre-Order items are expected to arrive at our warehouse within 2 weeks. This timeline is usually accurate but delays can occur so this is not guaranteed.

Payment:


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Payment options are selected at checkout. If you check out with PayPal the payment will be sent to "Mayer Enterprises LLC."

Credit cards are charged at the time of checkout.

The charge on your credit card statement will appear as AIRSOFTSTAT.

Chargeback Policy:

All fraudulent chargebacks are investigated and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
