If a seven-inch barrel isn’t short enough, this Lancer Tactical Enforcer Hybrid Gen-2 Battle Hawk 4” Rail AEG Rifle will do the trick. This extremely compact gun is so fast that it won’t slow you down or snag on anything when you move around clearing houses and rooms.

The short handguard has both M-LOK and Picatinny options, but you should be careful with attachments. There’s less room than other models for them, so you need to plan strategically. However, you can still mount a laser sight, flashlight, and foregrip. And the top rail still has enough space for optics.

As iron sights are mostly inferior to red dot sights, attaching one to the short Picatinny top rail is better. However, the included folding sights can work well with particular scopes and even act as a backup option if the former fails.
