-Feels real. I have shot a real full auto mp5 and this mp5 is spot on for looks and feel.
-FPS. I have the "gen 2" one which unlike the "gen 1" has lower fps. Mine chronos @ 345fps w/ 0.20g.
-3-round burst. It is accurate and a cool feature.
-Mags are cheap. (With this gun I would only use midcaps)
-Threaded orange tip. I love when companies do this!!!
-Price. It is a little high
-ROF. The gun has a pretty low ROF with an 11.1 you will only get 15ish rps.
-Battery space. Your options for batteries are low man 9.6v nunchuck, 8.4v nunchuck, 7.4 stick lipos, and 11.1v 1200mah stick lipos. I own all these batteries and they will fit (get brands that don't have long wires), but there is very little room in the hand guard and the wire easily get crushed.
-the magwell issue everyone seems to have with this gun, I did not have. I think it has been updated now
-I got bbs that would roll out the end of the barrel, but now that I have my hop-up dialed in the problem goes away. Also I found using 8.4v and 11.1v batteries don't cause this.
Overall if you want an mp5 I would recommend this. However, this gun has a feel quirks and cons that might make it difficult to use. I would not recommend this as anyones first gun. In addition, good luck fixing it if it breaks. The mechanical three round burst, although cool, probably doesn't make this easier to work on. Tyler S
