I ordered two products from this company for my son's Christmas present. He chose exactly what he wanted, and I ordered it online. Ten minutes later I got a call on my cell phone from the sales representative letting us know that the items that I ordered were not going to arrive in time for Christmas. They called to make sure that we knew and if we needed something by Christmas they offered to help us choose another product that would be comparable.

My son wanted the items that he chose and understood that he would not get them on Christmas.

To our surprise, the items DID arrive before Christmas, despite the fact that they said that they would not arrive until close to January 1st. My son was so excited!

Super fast shipping. One of the cheaper sellers of this product (the cheapest that looked like a professional establishment). I could totally see buying another laser from them--if it'll hold up to the kick of my AK47 (not airsoft).

I just want to let you know how much I appreciate the very professional handeling of my recent order. You treated me like I had placed a $1,000.00 order. In fact my order was very small and I ordered only two accessories for my Airsoft Ika Zuchi. You shipped one part as soon as you could and the other when it came in. The extra double shipping costs were apparently absorbed by you. The items were packaged very well and the quality of the pieces were first class. In spite of a silght delay on the back ordered part (two day) the overall order was processed very quickly. I had a very unfortunate experience with another dealer that still owes me $10.00 and I'm so diappointed on them that I will not even go back to them for the refund. In this day and age it's refreshing to find a dealer that cares about customer service. You have all of my future business and have earned it.

I was impressed when I heard that your customer service and support was second to none and even more so when I heard that you were willing to cut the price for the Lycaon and extra mag combined down to the same price as the Broxa. The gun I received was in flawless working condition with a few minor adjustments to the gearbox and motor. Excellent power and ROF, it impressed a buddy of mine so much that he intends to order a Broxa from you ASAP.
