Shipping Information:

Item availability: To see if an item is in stock add the item to your shopping cart, then check the "In Stock" column. If it says "Yes," then the product is available. If it is marked "No," then the order would not ship until that item comes back in stock. Please note that some items are specially ordered and always marked in stock. If we have a problem getting these items shipped to you we will contact you after your order comes in.

Shipping Companies: Domestic orders will ship with FedEx or UPS. Foreign orders will ship with USPS or UPS. No PO Box addresses accepted. The shipping company used will be chosen by our order processing staff.

International Shipping Policy:
We currently ship within the U.S. only. No international shipments.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

• All products marked with "Warranty: 30 Day Money Back" qualify for our 30 day guarantee. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in new condition, with its original packaging and any accessories for a full product refund.*
• Products marked with "Warranty: TSD 30-Day" or "TSD 60-Day" have a 30 or 60 day warranty through TSD. We cannot give refunds on these products and you must contact TSD for warranty issues.
• Products marked with "Warranty: 24 Hours" have a 24 hour warranty starting at the time of delivery. We will replace or refund you for any defective products received but contact must be made within 24 hours of delivery. To ensure that we receive your message we recommend that you use our contact form found here: contact us.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned orders that which received free shipping will receive a refund less the cost of shipping.
• Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, sellable condition are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee.
• Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund.
• All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from the moment we receive all the item(s) back.
• All returns require an RMA #. To obtain an RMA # contact us by sending an email by clicking here. Please include your name, order number, and a brief message describing why you are submitting a return request. You must also inform us whether you would like a refund or replacement.
• No returns on items due to breakage or wear & tear.
• Customers are responsible for paying all shipping charges to return an item to us. We will cover the cost of shipping replacement merchandise back to the customer.
• Removal of the orange tip on any airsoft guns voids all warranties and possibilities of return.

All sales final on BBs and Batteries. If a defective battery is received contact must be made within 24 hours.

Certain products distributed by TSD are not eligible for refund. This is noted clearly in the product descriptions of the products to which this applies. These products are covered by a TSD 30 or 60 day warranty (our warranty does not apply) and must be returned to TSD. In case you need to return these products contact TSD directly at RMA@airsoftsd.com or 323-981-0013.

All gift certificate purchases are final, no refunds. Items purchased using gift certificates are available for exchange only.

The address shown above is NOT our returns address. Products return to the address above will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. You must contact us to receive an RMA # and return address.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason we choose. All canceled orders will be immediately refunded.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. Payment options are selected at checkout. If you check out with PayPal the payment will be sent to "Mayer Enterprises LLC"

The charge on your credit card statement will appear as MEAIRSOFT.
