Shipping Information:

Item availability: To see if an item is in stock add the item to your shopping cart, then check the "In Stock" column. If it says "Yes," then the product is available. If it is marked "No," then the order would not ship until that item comes back in stock. Please note that some items are specially ordered and always marked in stock. If we have a problem getting these items shipped to you we will contact you after your order comes in.

Shipping Companies: Domestic orders will ship with FedEx or UPS. Foreign orders will ship with USPS or UPS. No PO Box addresses accepted. The shipping company used will be chosen by our order processing staff.

International Shipping Policy:
We ship most of our products internationally. If an item is not available for international shipping it will be noted in the item's description. We cannot ship airsoft guns to Canada, Accessories only. We promise to provide tracking information and proof of shipment for all international shipments but we cannot guarantee delivery. After the products leave our shipping docks we are no longer responsible for them. We will NOT give any refunds for international orders that are lost during delivery or do not pass customs in the destination country. By purchasing from this website you agree to the above shipping policy for international shipments.

Your order may be charged a VAT tax by your country customs We ship our products throughout the world to all countries that permit importation the products your are ordering. Restrictions on imports by many countries can be severe. It is your responsibility to research import laws of your country.

Please contact your Customs Service Authority to obtain necessary information and permits in order for the merchandise to be released to you and not confiscated or destroyed. Airsoft Station cannot be responsible for confiscation or destruction of merchandise by customs of your country nor will credit you if the fore mentioned incident does occur.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

• Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in new condition, with its original packaging and any accessories for a full product refund.*
• We do not refund any shipping charges. Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, sellable condition are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee.
• Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund.
• All the exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from the moment we receive all the item(s) back.
• All returns require an RMA #. To obtain an RMA # contact us by sending an email by clicking here. Please include your name, order number, and a brief message describing why you are submitting a return request. You must also inform us whether you would like a refund or replacement.
• If an item is found to be defective it is eligible for exchange only. We cannot give refunds on defective merchandise.
• No returns on items due to breakage or wear & tear.
• Customers are responsible for paying all shipping charges to return an item to us. We will cover the cost of shipping replacement merchandise back to the customer unless it is for an international order.

*Any exceptions to this policy will be stated on the individual item's description page. To keep our prices low certain lower-end airsoft guns and toy guns are not covered by our 30 day guarantee. To return these guns you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the purchase. This policy will be stated clearly in the item description pages of the items for which this policy applies.

Certain products distributed by TSD are not eligible for refund. This is noted clearly in the product descriptions of the products to which this applies. These products are covered by a TSD 30 or 60 day warranty (our warranty does not apply) and must be returned to TSD. All gift certificate purchases are final, no refunds. Items purchased using gift certificates are available for exchange only.

The address shown above is NOT our returns address. Products return to the address above will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. You must contact us to receive an RMA # and return address.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason we choose. All canceled orders will be immediately refunded.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. Payment options are selected at checkout. If you check out with PayPal the payment will be sent to "Leonidas Business Management"

The charge on your credit card statement will appear as LEONIDASBUS.
