30 Day Guarantee and Return / Warranty Policy

• All products marked with "Warranty: 30 Day Money Back" qualify for our 30 day guarantee. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in new condition, with its original packaging and any accessories for a full product refund.*
• Products marked with "Warranty: TSD 30-Day" or "TSD 60-Day" have a 30 or 60 day warranty through TSD. We cannot give refunds on these products and you must contact TSD for warranty issues.
• Products marked with "Warranty: 24 Hours" have a 24 hour warranty starting at the time of delivery. We will replace or refund you for any defective products received but contact must be made within 24 hours of delivery. • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned orders that which received free shipping will receive a refund less the cost of shipping.
• Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, sellable condition are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee.
• Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund.
• All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from the moment we receive all the item(s) back.
• All returns require an RMA #. To obtain an RMA # contact us by sending an email by clicking here. Please include your name, order number, and a brief message describing why you are submitting a return request. You must also inform us whether you would like a refund or replacement.
• No returns on items due to breakage or wear & tear.
• Customers are responsible for paying all shipping charges to return an item to us. We will cover the cost of shipping replacement merchandise back to the customer.
• Removal of the orange tip on any airsoft guns voids all warranties and possibilities of return.
