Q: Is shopping on your website safe?
A: Yes. We utilize Yahoo! Store's secure shopping cart to process all our orders. All information submitted to us is protected by 128-bit encryption.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the items in your order. The average shipping price for a single airsoft rifle is usually $12.00 and $9.00 for an airsoft pistol. To calculate the exact shipping cost of your order simply add the items you're interested to your shopping cart and update to the desired quantities. At the bottom of the shopping cart page there is a shipping calculator. Simply enter your State and Zip code and then click the apply button to see your shipping cost.

Q: Is a PayPal account required to check out?
A: No. On the PayPal checkout page you will have the option of paying with a PayPal account or a debit/credit card.

Q: Will you keep my credit card information on file?
A: No. We use PayPal to process all our payments and your credit card information is never shared with us.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Delivery times vary depending on your location. In general you can expect your order to arrive within 3-6 business days. In case of a back-order this may take longer.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We currently operate from three fulfillment centers: one in Texas, one in California, and one in Ohio.

Q: How do I cancel an order that I have placed?
A: In case you change your mind you have the option of canceling an order at any time as long as it has not already been shipped. To cancel an order contact us at the link below. Please make sure that you include your name and order number in your message with "CANCEL" as the email subject. Contact us here.

Q: Is airsoft legal where I live?
A: Airsoft is legal in most places in the U.S. but there are restrictions in certain areas. It is your responsibility to know and follow any local laws governing the use of airsoft guns.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, we ship only within the U.S.

Q: I prefer to send in a mail order. Do you accept mail orders?

Q: Do you sell air guns/pellet guns, or only soft air guns?
